FREE Ground Shipping On U.S. Orders
Orders will be shipped within 2 business days.
Orders are shipped via USPS
We also offer Priority and Express mail options for U.S. orders. During checkout you will have a choice for Free Ground Shipping, Priority or Express Mail.
Tracking numbers will be sent to all orders within the United States.
Please note we ship Monday-Friday. If an order is placed before 10 a.m. est, there is a good chance your order will be shipped the same day.
Privacy
The Black Tee Squad values your privacy and information. We will not sell, rent or give out your personal information to any third party.
Customer e-mail addresses are used to send shipping information, shipment tracking, and are added to our newsletter. Unsubscribe instructions are listed prominently in every mailing.

Returns
All returns must be made within 45 days of placing your order. We don't accept returns or exchanges after the 45 day period.
All returned items must be in the original condition you received them in. We do NOT accept washed items, stretched or damaged tees. If a washed item is returned, the return will be refused and sent back to you.

Please explain what you would like to do (if exchanging, please tell us what size/style/shirt you would like.) If you are returning multiple items please indicate clearly what you are doing with each item.
Be sure to include your name, address and order number with the return. The Black Tee Squad is not responsible for shipping charges on the returned items. This is the responsibility of the customer.
Once the original item is returned, you will receive a credit on your credit card in the amount that you originally paid (minus shipping). It can take up to 2 to 4 weeks from the refund to appear on your credit card statement, much has to do with the billing cycle of the credit card companies.
If you received a defective or wrong item, we'll reimburse you for the return shipping. Please include the shipping receipt and send it back to us. Unfortunately, we will not reimburse for express shipping or priority shipping. The original shipping cost is non-refundable.
